Can't believe it has taken this long. Trying to remember all the many prior posts and think trout, filet, and mushroom sandwich have received top votes, wild boar and fois gras burger have disappointed (I felt the same about DB's). Is that a fair summary? I love trout and don't ever seem to find it out here, so that's a definite possibility, assuming it's the whole fish with the head and not some blasted filet; fois gras and quail app has fois gras and quail (and bacon) going for it but I might be more in the mood for straight unadulterated luxe, like plain fois gras followed by rare beef (or venison)? Probably will bring a Chateauneuf des Papes. (what a way to mitigate a Monday, Josie!).
For dessert maybe beets and burrata?
