I tried these amazing wings when I visited Alberta. De-boned, then stuffed with a garlicky ground pork & glass noodle mix, and then deep fried. Heaven!
Does anyone know where to find these in Toronto? I've heard people talk about Green Mango's and Lee's versions, but they don't sound quite the same. (I'm sure they're still delicious though!) I think Vietnamese restaurants might make these too.
