I have acquired a large quantity (about 3 gallons) of Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce. I make condiment chili for social club where am a member. We have a hot dog cart that we roll out on NFL Sundays. I want to make a large batch of chili that consists mostly of this chili garlic sauce. I generally make traditional meat based chili using what is on sale at the grocery store and whatever leftovers have accumulated in my freezer, usually ground beef, ground pork, Italian sausage, beef heart (my secret ingredient) along with the traditional ingredients, onion, garlic, hot peppers, hot sauce, canned tomato product, chili powder, cumin, oregano.
Then I literally clean out my fridge and freezer and chop everything up in a food processor and add it to the pot. Any ideas on how to make chili using this chili garlic sauce as a replacement for most of the meat? Thanks!
