This is unfortunately not a deep cooking question, but more of a cheap and easy approach question. If I’m rushing and want to prepare some protein that I don’t have to watch or stir, so I decide to bake chickens or turkey breast (say, cut up into pieces with olive oil, a Thai green curry spice mix, carrots and onions), what is a good temperature to bake it at so it’s juicy? And should I put foil over the pan?
Or maybe a more interesting question- how would you cook poultry breast if you wanted to put it in the oven and not have to tend it?
Unfortunately, has to be breast not the delicious dark meat quarters because for someone unknown reason, that dark meat chicken is always a little off here in magical west Asia. (The fruit however MORE than makes up for it! And the olive oil. And lors of other things :))
