In tem pe ran tia (Swiss chocolatier)

Designer chocolates from Switzerland. They have a store in the Pacific Palisades and sell in a few places like Wally's. I've only tasted a few things -- overall I think their dark chocolate items far surpass their milk chocolates. I usually love caramel, but didn't like the whipped caramel centers at all. The kaffee (coffee center, dark chocolate), and kirsch (milk & dark with cherry liquor) were excellent. They also have a small offering of organic chocolates, and make hot chocolate in their store.
