I'm having a mad tea party next weekend, and I wanted to make tea eggs.
I've found a couple of things online, but I've specifically had a hard
time figuring out anything about the spices involved since I don't
speak Chinese. The following two urls are the pages I've found that
seem to have the most information on them. Can anyone assist me in
finding a better recipe and/or telling me what some of those herbs are?
The second page talks about tong-kwai, dong-sum, kei-chi, yuk-chuk and
pak-kei, and I have no clue what these are and/or where I could find
