taylor's prime cheeseburger

gf couldn't make lunch today out in westwood (we'll have to try nook bistro out another time) - so i went to taylor's with a buddy to try out the highly touted cheeseburger (made daily from steak trimmings per the menu, approx 9 bucks).

it came out rare as requested, and seemed a wee bit tasteless - though the meat was good from a texture stanpoint. large burger, comes with lettuce, pickles, tomatoe, red onion, thousand island - all on the side. i spread some mayo on the burger for good measure, saved the rest for the average fries.

a sprinkle of salt will do it wonders i suspect, perhaps next time. not too bad of a burger in my opinion and should do well in a pinch and when one doesn't necessarily want carl jr's 6 dollar burger.
