Tartine Country Loaf review

I was at Tartine last Weds. around 4pm, stopped in for a hot chocolate and Zuchinni bread and I noticed these beautiful loaves of bread they were bagging up and I could not resist.
I decided on the Country loaf. The bread was definitely the best I ever had. The crust and consistency of the bread was incredible. I don't know if it is a hallmark of good bread, but it was not stale the next day when I brought it to work, my co-workers devoured it in no time.

Oh yeah, I poked my head in to Delfina Pizzeria, looks cool but I had to hold off since I had dinner plans at Espetus.
