This is now one of my favorite places for Chinese food in the Triangle (along with Super Wok). It is owned by the same people who were behind Mama Wok. I have been there 3 times and so far I have tried the following. What helped also was that the 2nd time I went with a friend who was able to translate the menu on the wall. Many but not all of those dishes were on the main menu.

Beef and Tendon hotpot - Great flavor, nice mild spice that seemed right for the dish. Served in a hotpot with Sterno to keep it bubbling. There is a beef only version for those who have a problem with the tendon.

Tofu and pork intestine hotpot - Have to say that this was one of my favorite dishes. Similar to the other hotpot but more flavorful. If you are not troubled by chitterlings a must order.

Pork ribs and Taro Root - My wife really liked this one, I did also. The ribs were chopped into small riblets and very tender, with tender taro in a kind of gray sauce. Not on the main menu, but on the wall.

Fish with Tofu and Snow Cabbage - My 10 year old daughter described this as the best dish ever. It was served in a bowl and was in a flavorful but subtle sauce, and a good counterpoint to some of the spicier dishes.

Beef Noodle Soup - Not a bad version of this dish, but not the best that I have had. I find the spicy version served at Super Wok and the soup at Grand Asia better.

Peking Duck - order ahead - We were served the sliced duck with 10 pancakes, scallions and hoisin sauce, followed by the duck soup made with the remaining parts of the duck. The skin was crisp, the duck was very tasty and well cooked, not fatty at all.

Pork Rib with Black Bean Sauce - From the time I was a collage student hitting the NY Chinatown restaurants at 3 am black bean sauce was one of my go tos. This is no exception like the other rib dish it was tender riblets in a tasty sauce with green peppers. Not on the main menu, but on the Chinese menu on the wall.

Bean Curd Skin with Snow Cabbage and Peas - My friend Rich called this the crunchy beans in snot sauce. That aside, it was his favorite item the night I went with him. Another one made with a tasty but subtle sauce.

Eggplant with Basil - This dish smelled great. Asian eggplant cooked with basil.
