Taco Truck

Not to stir up the Broadway controversy again, but...

RUN, DO NOT WALK to the Taco Truck on Broadway - they seem to park near the church at Broadway and Gough, or sometimes near the bike store. They have only three varieties of taco - lengua, costilla, and chivo. I only had room for two tacos and had the lengua and chivo, both of which were outstanding. They are served with onions, cilantro and salsa only, with the optional pickled jalapen~o on the side. It's the cheapest quick lunch you will find this side of fast food ($1.25 or $1.50 per taco, I don't remember). The meats are simmered to a perfect tenderness. Se hablan ingles, tambien...
