Does anyone have a recipe(s) for making polenta in sweet form for dessert, i.,e. chocolate polenta etc.?This came to me as a possibility after seeing recipes for polenta cake etc. But what about making polenta and making it sweet? Any ideas?
Thanks to its firm consistency, precooked polenta (usually sold in tube form) can be seared, toasted, or even layered and baked like a lasagna. We keep the slices on the thick side so they have a creamy texture when heated through.
