Brunch at the GOLDEN TRUFFLE was Incredible. Six of us enjoyed for Starters: Home Smoked Salmon w/caviar toast, Avocado and Sweet Shrimp Handroll, Fresh Pea Soup. Entrees: Baked Fresh Alaskan Halibut w/lemon grass broth, Grilled Chix Breast stuffed with Articoke Souffle, BBQ Lamb Loin and Goat Cheese Chili Relleno, Spring Veggie and Parmesan Risotto. Dessert: Passoa Shooter (kind of like a fruit punch cocktail) w/Apricot Chocolate Brioche, Jamaican Bananas w/ Blood Orange and Vanilla, Key Lime Tart, Flourless Chocolate Torte w/Dark Chocolate Expresso Bath. Coffee(from some far away place).
