So, I want to make the cavatappi with sun dried tomatoes and white beans from amateurgourmet.com. The rec calls for 2T sun dried tomato oil and 1 cup of the oil packed tomatoes, sliced.
I don't have any oil pack but I do have a large bag of just dry from Trader Joes. Can I reconstitute those bad boys in some good olive oil or just go drive around town to get oil pack?
