Suggestions for Roasting Pans

sivyaleah | Oct 20, 200509:20 AM     2

I'm currently in the market for a new roasting pan - one that can comfortably hold a medium sized turkey or large turkey breast. Good quality essential - outrageous prices not. Of course, I've been looking at All-Clad's but I really don't want to spend that kind of money since I cook turkey infrequently and would have no use for the pan otherwise as there is only 2 of us in our home.

Any suggestions of other brands? I was thinking about Cuisinart's but I read some poor reviews about it. I love their cookware - I use it exclusively at this point but it is their higher end line and I haven't found the roaster in that line as of yet.

Oh and no non-sticks. Just your regular ole stainless steel.

Thanks!

Laurie
