I'm normally not a fan of ham, except for flavoring, but I have been buying the Niman Ranch applewood smoked ham at TJ's. It comes in slices about 1/2" thick, and has good flavor. Last time I simply broiled it after brushing with a glaze of miso, sesame oil, honey and sherry, and served it with grains and veggies. My husband loved it. What else can I do with it for a quick, simple supper?
