Trying to lose about 20 pounds between now and January 1 and I like the low carbo diet because so many foods are zero grams and I'm trying to stay under 30 grams a day.
I'm running out of ideas for what to eat. I just can't eat steaks, bacon, chicken, canned tuna, all the time and fruits and many vegies are high.
By the way, pasta is a big no-no on this diet but I found an imported pasta called Due Amici Pasta Lite Low Carb Pasta that only has 10 grams per 3/4 cup pasta or 80% less carbs. Haven't tried it yet.
All suggestions on what to eat are very much appreciated.
