My wife and I will be spending a short week in Paris in early October. It is our first time back together since we have been married, and our first time visiting the city since we have both had real jobs and not as students. My wife adores the Palais de Tokyo and was intrigued by the Nomiya concept. I have woken myself 3 mornings now, at 4 am, attempting a reservation and have failed. I had a shot at a lunch res., but was greedy and figured I could get dinner another night. Moral of the story: I am looking for something that might be as interesting and memorable as a 12-seat tasting menu on the roof of a wonderful msuseum. We know that we can find inumerable very nice resturants, but would like something a little more adventurous or out of the ordinary. Any suggestions would be most welcome, and possibly bear in my that at Nomiya we were only looking to spend 80 euro per person. Thank you in advance for any help.
