Subbing Beluga lentils for French green lentils

I'm going to make Green Lentils and Wine-Braised Vegetables for a potluck this Friday. However, the recipe calls for 1.5 c of green lentils and I've only got about 1 c. I'm going to sub Beluga lentils for the other 0.5 c, since they have similar cooking times, but I've never cooked Beluga lentils before. Anyone think this might be problematic? TIA.
