I have a bunch of leftover fresh strawberries from a party, and wanted to make strawberry cupcakes using them (for another party!). The majority of the recipes I've found online have strawberry gelatin as one of their ingredients, but I'd rather stay away from that and use the fresh strawberries - perhaps pureed? - if I can. In a cursory search on google, I've found only two recipes that fit the bill. I was wondering if anyone had tried-and-true recipes, or at least definite guidelines that would be helpful? Thanks!
