Strategy for Blue Ribbon/Inoteca

johnpressman | May 17, 2005 01:29 PM

Ok, so I have decided to take my friends for dinner after Glenngarry Glen Ross. Two favorites of this board for late night dining are Blue Ribbon and Inoteca. However, neither takes reservations(Blue Ribbon does for parties of five, we are four). Question is: Any strategies for dealing with the long waits for a table we should expect at 11:00 on a Saturday nite? Both of the ladies can't stand on their feet for long periods of time.
