Quick question... I just made two 9x13" puff pancakes that I plan to sprinkle with powdered sugar, roll up jelly roll style, and then slice. These are for the kids for breakfast the next couple of mornings. Do you think I can leave them out overnight or do they need to be refrigerated? I would think that since the batter has been cooked, it's really no different from a cooked cake, right?
