I bought some of Dean 'n Deluca's bulk salt-packed capers today, in a platic tub that they don't come near to filling (so I guess right now they're more like salted capers, since they're hardly "packed"). How should I store them? Should I put them into a container where they'll actually be packed in salt, rather than just rolling around? Should I keep them in the fridge, or in a cabinet? Thanks.
