I just bought some Alaskan black cod and would like to try steaming it...I love steamed fish but I've never made it myself. Can I use my regular vegetable steamer pot? Any precautions I need to take...or just dump it in there and steam for x minutes? It's about 5 oz. I don't have much seasoning around, but I like plain fish with some soy sauce, so that's not the issue. I just don't want to completely destroy it!
