Since I know that there are people out there who know much better than I do in regards to this topic, I have two questions about a set of stainless steel pots and pans I have recently purchased. Specifically a Gordon Ramsay Royal Doulton 18/10 set.
1) Can non-stick cooking spray be used in place of oil with stainless steel, or will it create a film? And...
2) My darling husband has already boiled one of the smaller pots in the set dry. Is the pot still safe to use if I can get it clean? And are there other options for cleaning it other than Bar Keeper's Friend?
