Based on recomendations from the Board and Gourmet we recently dined at Paul's who personally greets you and is surprisingly young, and very charming. Speaks Italian as fluently as English.
Superb rack of veal, even more special Colorado lamb( possible the best we ever had), great sea bass, and excellent pastas.
Terrific wine list and Paul made excellent recomendations for reasonable costing wines.
