St. Louis -- innovative/interesting restaurants, but with a baby?

My husband & I are headed to St. Louis in a few weeks w/ our 9 month old in tow. We would love to try some of the more innovative restaurants STL has to offer (Niche, Elaia/Olio and Farmhaus have been recommended to us), but aren't sure if any of them would be OK w/ a baby? (She's pretty well-behaved and is happy to sit in a highchair or a booth or even just in a carrier on our laps most of the time; she's not mobile, so there's no concern about her running around or anything. She is, however, a baby, so will likely make some noise on occasion and will need to be breast or pouch fed, whichever is easier given the set up.)

I think we've gotten pretty spoiled in DC, which is so young/yuppie that almost everywhere we'd want to eat is pretty flexible. We would plan to eat on the early side (ideally, 6-6:30, but we could make 5:30 work), if that helped?

Any specifics re: Niche, Elaia/Olio and/or Farmhaus would be much appreciated, as would suggestions for other places with interesting food w/ baby-friendly environs? We don't want to go somewhere where we're not wanted, but we also don't want to stick to "kid" places (the baby obviously isn't really eating anyway, so the kid-friendliness of the cuisine is irrelevant).
