Welcome to our nominations for Spring Quarter 2020 Baking/Dessert COTM. We’re in a strange time where many are baking up a storm as they spend more time homebound while we collectively try to get ahead of the coronavirus pandemic. Who knows what the timeline might ultimately be on that, but since a number of us are deprived of library access for an indefinite period, it might be a good time to nominate a baking-focused website or a book whose recipes are readily available online. Past experience has shown that a single source (one book or website) yields the most fruitful participation (vs. say, an author's collected works).
HOW TO NOMINATE: Please type the titles of books or sites you wish to nominate in ALL CAPS for easy recognition. (If discussing rather than nominating a book or site, please use regular capitalization to avoid confusion.) You may nominate as many books or sites as you wish. NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE on SATURDAY, APRIL 4 at 11 AM EDT/2 PM PDT.
As a reminder, we have already done the following books or sites since reviving this tradition in late 2015 (please feel free to look up and add to those threads, links to which are available within this thread: https://www.chowhound.com/post/links-...):
Baking Chez Moi
Rustic Fruit Desserts
King Arthur Flour Website
Hot Bread Kitchen
Classic Home Desserts
Flo Braker Quarter
