What to do with spicy preserved lemons from Indian store?

I purchased a large jar of spicy lemon jelly from the local Indian store a while ago. It's a gorgeous amber color, studded with tiny preserved lemons and whole mustard seeds. It's spicy, sweet, tangy, and super flavorful. So far I've just been stirring a bit into rice and one time i topped a salmon with it before baking, which turned out pretty well. But I've still got most of the jar full because I can't figure out a cool way to use it! Any ideas?
