Looking for specific Vietnamese noodle dish in Westminster

Hi everyone, I'm visiting Orange County for a couple days this weekend and am looking for a specific Vietnamese noodle dish that a friend introduced me to many years back. Unfortunately I've lost touch with the friend so I can't just ask.

It's made with rice noodles and comes in a bowl with a tomato-ey sort of sauce that seems to have dried shrimp and maybe ground pork in it. It's usually garnished with shrimp, some slices of boiled pork, crab claws, celery, bean sprouts and herbs. It usually comes dry (kho) with a side of broth to moisten everything.

Up here in the bay area, there's a restaurant called Vung Tau that has it on the menu. It's called Hu Tieu Ba Nam Sa Dec but I'm not sure if that is the real name of the dish or something they made up, and Google hasn't been all that helpful.
