Special Occasion Dinner

bocben | Apr 27, 201906:43 PM     8

Hi Chowhounders, I'd like some help choosing a restaurant for a graduation dinner with family. We are 5 people. I was thinking Le Coucou but since one member is vegetarian not sure that'll work out. Budget is 100pp excluding drinks. What places would you recommend? I have thought of Contra and Cafe Boulud. My mother liked Cafe Boulud when we went a couple years ago, and I do enjoy Contra but it might be not "special occasion-y" feel if that makes sense and not sure how much my parents would enjoy it. I really appreciate any advice. Thank you!
