I hate when you go to a restaurant and order ribs and they come to you and they are just falling off the bone. To me that is the lazy way to make them by boiling them first. I don't want boiled meat! I remember my mom made ribs that she broiled in the oven and they were so good, a little bit chewy but still tender and she never boiled them first. Can anyone recommend a good restaurant with good pork spareribs. Price is not an object.
