Southern Comfort Kitchen food truck

At yesterday's Sunset Celebration, we picked our lunch break at the Off the Grid food trucks from Southern Kitchen. Crawfish etouffee was great, packed with sweet and tender crayfish tails. The shrimp in the po' boy were excellent, likewise the remoulade, pickes and slaw. But the bread was too chewy.
