South of France, Provence Anniversary

Hello -

While I have been reading, doing research and getting a lot of good suggestions on this site and others, I thought I'd start a new thread based on our itinerary and us and see if I get any good, current recommendations. As we are jumping around a lot, it's hard to do research on four difference places and find recs that are current.

The wife and I are in our 30s and eat everything. Price is not REALLY a problem - we'd like for sure to do 2-3-4 michelin starred, amazing meals and the rest we just want good local food, Also cafes/shops that we can get meats and cheeses and bottles of wine and just sit outside and enjoy France in June would be great.

Any winery advice too would be awesome.

Really - any advice is greatly appreciated.

Here is our itinerary. Thanks in advance!
