I've achieved maximum density. Seems like a lot of chow hounds are on a low carb life style. I need to lose some (a lot) weight and it seems the South Beach approach most closely meets my requirements but I can't find a book that really explains the concept beyond "eat nothing but protien for two weeks and follow these recipes". I need something that explains the differance between South Beach and Aitkens and just gives me guidelines on what I can and cannot eat. Just tell me what groups of food I can enjoy and what I should avoid. I'm not medically or biologically ignorant. I can create my own recipes and meals.
