I'm looking for sour oranges to make a marinade for a pork steak (thread on general topics board). I assume I can get them at Berkeley Bowl, but I've never looked for them, or ever noticed them. Does anyone know where I could find these suckers (East Bay preferred)? If I look for them at a Mexican market, is there an easy way to distinguish them from regular oranges? They appear to be a bit more deeply pitted/wrinkley than a regular orange according to my google search. Help!
