Source of peanut-free chocolate?

wattacetti | Dec 6, 2011 12:07 PM

For the rare times that I use chocolate I usually go to Le Vrac du Marché and buy pastilles of Valhrona or Callebaut. These are however, not guaranteed to be peanut-free.

As I need to make a chocolate item which may be consumed by someone who has a peanut allergy, is there any place around the island selling a good-quality chocolate confirmed to be peanut-free? Pastilles or bars are okay. Looking primarily in the 50-80% range.
