After years of procrastination, I'm finally, really, truly set to make a batch of vin d'orange. I can get all of the ingredients easily, including the sour oranges - naranjas agrias - (I live in East Harlem, and just about all of the markets have a latin food section). What I am looking for is _ untreated_ sour oranges. The peel is used in the mix, and I loathe the thought of infusing a lovely aperitif with the rather strong insecticides and fungicides used in citrus production. Any ideas of where I might find some? Any Florida hounds with trees in their backyards?
