We tried this new restaurant in East Rutherford on Saturday and really enjoyed it. For appetizers, I had a tuna tartar over flavored rice and my husband had the pasta primavera. Both were very good. Then we both had the red snapper over risotto in a butter/cream sauce. Very good. I can't remember the name of the dessert, but it was some kind of a small round cake with berries in it served with ice cream. Very good also. I was very pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my meal. The chef came out and spoke with us. I believe he has cooked at the Saddle River Inn and possiblly the Stage House also. I would definitely go back.
