snowstorm dinner

So what do chowhounds cook in a snowstorm? In the past two days I've made Pear Clafouti, a delicious roasted vegetable-barley soup and chicken breasts stuffed with ricotta, bacon and spinach topped with sun-dried tomato/olive butter (white dog cookbook). And lots of shoveling and some good red wine. Anyone else?
