Dodie's in Frisco used to be my go to place for snow crab legs, but they changed ownership last year and the quality/flavor went downhill. I'm looking for a new go to place. I tried The Boiling Crab in Garland, but don't like having the crab drenched in "butter" in order to get the flavor profile. (They deliver the crab in plastic bags that are filled with butter and whatever spice profile you choose. There is no way to get them fat free.) I'm looking for a place that boils their crab legs in spice mixture that imparts the flavor during the boil.
