Smokehouse Texas Barbeque....My review

Tristan | Aug 1, 2004 03:59 AM

I decided to venture out to this place tonight, and since no one has reviewed the place yet...I felt the urge to be a pioneer and post my comments here.

I ordered the baby back ribs, which were quite good.
They were not the best I've ever had, but an amazing bargain at $9.99 which includes two sides.
I got the potato salad, which was fantastic.
It was homemade and very enjoyable. The corn muffin was a bit dry and crumbly (not in a good way).

My dining companion got the beef brisket, which was
FANTASTIC. I will order that next time.
He got the coleslaw, which was average, and a grilled sweet potato, which was very nice.

All in all, this place is a major find, especially if you're looking for a good deal. Dinner for two will run around $35. (before tip).

We both agreed that it's about as good as Blue Smoke for half the price.
