small dinner rolls?

storefronteats | Dec 6, 201408:15 AM     9

I need your grocery sleuthing help, please. Does anyone know where to buy small, soft dinner rolls? I am re-creating some cocktail snack-sized warm ham sandwiches that my grandmother used to make at Christmastime. I've used nice, soft dinner rolls from Whole Foods in years past, but they are too huge. Even cutting them in half, the amount of bread throws off the proportions of this steamy little snack.

Grandma would have used those trays of Pepperidge Farm dinner rolls. Are they still out there somewhere? Are there other options for small rolls?

Thank you!
