Small B.D. Party nr. Passaic? Teaneck?

Bzdhkap | Feb 24, 201501:32 PM     1

I am looking to make a small family birthday party at a restaurant, not too far from Passaic. The party is for an adult celebrating a milestone birthday, so I want it to be nice; but I'm not looking for a major expense. The guests will be about nine adults, and about nine children. So far the only restaurant that I think might be appropriate, is Noah's Ark, in Teaneck. Some questions:
Do you think that N.A. is a good choice for this?
Do you have any other venue suggestions, that might fit the bill?
Am I better off just letting the guests order from the menu? or should I ask the restaurant if they can serve a set menu?
