Just made the best Thai I have ever made, and better than a lot of restaurants I frequent, from a Kasma Loha-Unchit recipe...
I had bought some fresh squid yesterday, and broke down, and bought all the Thai ingredients it required, instead of doing my usual substitutions of everything in the house...I did add a 1/2 pound or so of green beans to it... Made me think of Dok Bua, when they were really on the edge...Boston posters will remember...
