Siam Noodle, briefly noted

Recently had a very pleasant, simple lunch at Siam Noodle.

Issan sausage: plain, no sauce, very tasty.

Pork Pad Prik (ask for version w/ Bamboo shoots). This is a very consistent dish here.

Papaya salad: Highly marinated w/ plenty of lime juice, cane sugar, and fish sauce. Just great.

While not as creative as other venues (like Spoon, Thai Ave., TAC Quick, etc.), I've honestly never had a disappointing meal here and this was no exception.

Note: Avoid the Tom Yom soup which is absurdly overpriced at 6.95 and made with red chili paste.
