Shui Zhu Yu water boiled fish?

I just returned from living in China for three years, of which I became addicted to a Sichuan dish called 'shui zhu yu' which literally translates to 'water boiled fish', but a better name for the dish would be "fish in spicy/numbing oil"

Actually, it is a fish that has been filleted and is placed in a large bowl of boiling oil with dried red peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns.

It is spicy and a bit numbing, and delicious!

Does anyone know of any Chinese restaurants serving a dish like this? It is a relatively 'new' dish in China, so it may not have made it's way here to the U.S. yet...but I'm open to trying any restaurants that can give me my fix!
