Dim Sum is my favorite food genre. I can not be considered a conoissore though, since I steer far clear of the chicken feet, hate the aftertaste of the beefball, and wouldnt touch tripe with chopsticks.
What I like is the har gows, and the shu-mais, and the sharkfin dumplings, and...anything mixed with pork and steamed basicly.
I found the shui mai, and shanghai style dumplings, and leek dumplings, to be the best so at Loui's. They had that proper pork granularity with the distict and addicting shrimp aftertaste and were only 1.80$. If you like East coast style, half american dim sum...Louis is unbeatable.
