seeking szechuan spicy goodness

I went to Dough Zone for lunch a few days ago, and in addition to the very good juicy pork dumplings I had their soft tofu with Szechuan sauce, which I totally loved and would eat double orders of frequently if it were not such a trek from home (West Seattle). I've been to Sichuanese Cuisine in the ID and had a spicy fish stew (I don't recall the exact menu description) which I also loved.

What other spicy dishes can you recommend? I enjoy Szechuan pepper and am not afraid of melting my face off - I lived in Bhutan and ate chilis every day for a year and a half, and also enjoy spicy Korean soups. The only caveat is that I have yet to find anyone who will join me for spicy lunches, so dishes that are small enough for a solo diner are best (though I have no problem taking home leftovers from larger family style dishes).

Winter is cold and dreary, I want to spice it up!
