Seeking Eastern Shore Lodge

StephenB | Mar 26, 2003 01:33 PM

I'm trying to organize a meeting on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in late June for 15-20 people. I want to get a package price for dinner and lodging. What I'm looking for is a beautiful environment (water view), great local food (crab is en saison) and a meeting room.

All the places I've been in contact with so far are near St. Michael's. They are:

Harbourtowne Golf & Convention Center (looks pretty good)
St. Michael's Harbour & Marina (requires 2 nights minimum)
Inn at Perry Cabin (too expensive)
Tidewater Inn (not near the water)

It looks like the dinner+room price will be $400 a person, including tax and tip. I'd love to shave that down if I could, while maintaining the view and a crab-centered excellent meal.

The date is somewhat flexible. Anyplace on the Eastern Shore is okay.

Any suggestions?
