Seekh Kabab at Tandor Kitchen, Berkeley

OK, so the curries aren't actually that great at Tandor Kitchen, but I've been back a couple times now, and the seekh kabab is really something. Whereas Naan 'n' Curry's is basically a lamburger, dessicated as if it were one of I.B. Hoagies' burgers, with a tough exterior and not much flavor, this one is loose, moist and fine-grained, with glowing, delicate spicing. Cost ya $2.99. I also noticed last night that they had chilli chicken, which is another of those desi Chinese dishes, but I didn't order it.
